The makers have decided to skip the theatrical release, despite the theatrical business slowly returning to normal in both Telugu states. The film is now getting a Direct-to-OTT release. Teja Sajja is a hero who has two theatrical releases after both wave of Corona. His Zombie Reddy was released immediately after the first wave and Ishq was released after the second wave. While Zombie Reddy worked commercially, Ishq failed at the box office.

Star MAA and Disney+ Hotstar have won the satellite and OTT rights to the film. Buzz is that they got about 7 Crore for these rights. The Hindi and other dubbing rights will bring them some more income. The Hotstar release will likely be in November.
