Anek Movie Story Plot
The film is supposed to be an espionage thriller set against the backdrop of geopolitics in the NorthEastern region of our country. It was shot in various locations throughout Meghalaya and Assam. The film is Ayushmann and Anubhav Sinha’s second collaboration. Their first project was ‘Article 15’ which turned out to be an incredible film. “Movie Anek” will be the first action-based film of Ayushmann’s career and the audience will see him in a totally new avatar which is leaving fans more thrilled and excited for the film.

Ayushmann Khurrana has played the lead role named Joshua. He, many times disclosed that Joshua is a character that pulled him out of his comfort zone. According to Andhadhun actor, It is one of the toughest roles he had ever done. He said that the script of the film drove him to endeavor justice with his character.
Ayushmann said that ‘Anek’ is the kind of modern cinema that he believes in. He further added: “I am thankful to Anubhav Sir for choosing me to comprehend this amazing story and Bhushan Sir to be the support system we needed in our journey.”

Anek Movie Release date
Initially, it was set for a release on 17 September 2021, but, it got postponed due to Covid-19 Pandemic. Now, the movie is ready to be in theatres on 13 May 2022.
