From Rohman Shawl and Sushmita sen giving us major couple goals to Salman Khan getting his COVID-19 test results, Tara and Disha scorching up social media, and more, here are the top headlines of the day. ETimes brings a new segment Bolly Buzz which goes beyond the usual mix of news and gossip to give all its readers a roundup of trending stories of the day.

Salman Khan and his family have tested negative for COVID-19. This update comes after his driver and two staff members tested positive for novel coronavirus. The three have been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai where they are undergoing treatment.

Sushant Singh Rajput was in talks for a film just a day before his tragic demise. During the ongoing investigations into his death, Uday Singh Gauri from a Mumbai-based talent management agency revealed that the actor was approached to star in a film based on the decreased terrorist, Ajmal Kasab who was involved in the Mumbai 26/11 terror attacks. The said discussion took place on June 13 over the phone, just a day before he was found dead in his Bandra apartment. This is said to be confirmed as the late actor’s call records indicated that Gauri reached out to him before his death. Sadly, before they could meet for more discussions, SSR passed away on June 14.

Imran Khan has reportedly quit acting and his father-in-law Ranjev Malik did not seem to contradict any of the details. Talking to Etimes, he said, “Honestly, it’s Imran’s personal decision and it’s not my domain either. But yes, Imran was always inclined towards direction right from the days he went to a film school.” Malik also went on to add, “he’s working on it and will make it happen.”

Paparazzi got a sneak peek into Shilpa Shetty’s adorable baby girl, Samisha. The little cutie accompanied her mommy for a day out and our cameras were luckily ready to take the first clicks of the little doll. In some more kiddie clicks, Kareena Kapoor Khan blessed our timeline with a captivating photo of Taimur Ali Khan offering a French-fry. Whoever said fries before guys, clearly didn’t take this cutie into account.

Meanwhile, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria have been turning up the heat with some stunning clicks by the sea.

Rohman Shawl penned a lovely Shayari for his ladylove Sushmita Sen on the occasion of her birthday yesterday. It read, ‘Kuch na kahu toh adhoora sa reh jaega, kuch kahu to bhi pura na ho paega!! Tu bemisaal hai, ye duniya ne maana hain!! Tu kya kamaal hain, ye maine tere pass aake jaana hain!!’
