The Illam Kalvi initiative will run for an additional six months. Tamil Nadu school education minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi announced on Tuesday.”We can’t think that Illam Kalvi is no longer necessary because schools have been reopened. The plan will be in place until normal functioning returns to the operation of schools. In the past two years schools have resumed their regular academic calendar only recently,” the minister told reporters in Trichy.
