Taapsee Pannu is an Indian model, and actress from India who primarily works for Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi films. In the year 2010, Taapsee made her acting debut in the Tollywood film Jhummandi Naadam. When she was just beginning her career, Tapasee has been featured in a variety of commercials on television and in print. She has worked with a variety of brands such as Reliance Trends, Red FM 93.5, UniStyle Image, Coca-Cola, Motorola, Pantaloon, PVR Cinemas, Standard Chartered Bank, Dabur, Airtel, Tata Docomo, World Gold Council, Havells and Vardhman. Tapasee became an internet sensation when her film Shabaash Mithu trailer debuted. Shabash Mithu can be described as a biography of Mithu Raj, who was the head of India’s Indian ladies cricket team.
She has been awarded several awards such as Pantaloons Femina Miss New Face along with Safi Femina Miss Beautiful Skin at the 2008 Femina Miss India contest. Taapsee Pannu is also featured on the covers of the magazines Just For Women and masters.
Taapsee is born July 1, 1987, in New Delhi. The father of Taapsee is Dilmohan Singh Pannu and her mother is Nirmaljeet Pannu. Taapsee is a sibling of Shagun Pannu. She went to school through Mata Jai Kaur Public School, Ashok Vihar, Delhi. She graduated with a degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology in New Delhi. Following graduation, she worked as an engineer in software. Alongside that, she also began a career in modeling, which eventually resulted in her being a media. Taapsee was selected for the auditions of Channel V for the talent show Get Gorgeous and was an all-time model, which led to her becoming an actor. In 2013, Taapsee Pannu is engaged to Danish volleyball player Mathias Boe.
